Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DD Verify, an email verification service operated by Data Dabble, Inc. ("DataDabble", "we"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DD Verify.

The service

DD Verify checks email addresses and labels each one Valid, Invalid, Catch-All or Unknown. You can verify single addresses, pasted lists, and uploaded files (CSV, XLSX, XLS and TXT), view your results in File Results, and export them.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older and provide a working email address, which you must confirm before using the app.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person or business per account. Do not create multiple accounts to get around limits.

Credits and limits

• Free use: every confirmed account receives 150 verification credits per day. They reset daily at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and do not carry over.
• Paid credits: one-time credits never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over for one additional billing cycle only: credits unused in one month can be used in the next month, and any of those still unused at the end of that next month expire. See the Refund and Credit Policy.
• We may change free allowances, prices and plans. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to paid plans before they take effect.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload addresses you have no lawful right to process, or use results to send unsolicited bulk email or to harass anyone;
• harvest or guess addresses to build lists (for example by submitting generated or random addresses);
• use the service to attack, probe or overload any mail server, or to get around our rate limits, quotas or security;
• resell, sublicense or share your account, or re-offer our results as a competing verification service;
• upload malicious files or anything unlawful.

We may suspend or limit accounts that look abusive, put the service at risk, or break these terms.

Your data

You keep ownership of the lists you upload. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. How we handle them is described in the Privacy Policy and the Data Retention and Deletion Policy.

Results are not guarantees

Email verification is an estimate. Mail servers can change, block, delay or give misleading answers, so a result describes what we observed when we checked, not a promise about the future. Some domains accept every address (Catch-All), and for those we cannot tell whether an individual mailbox exists. Unknown means we could not get a reliable answer. You are responsible for how you use the results, including compliance with email and privacy laws. We do not guarantee any accuracy rate, delivery rate or bounce rate.

Availability and changes

We work to keep DD Verify running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update, change or discontinue features.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, DataDabble is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (including lost profits or sender-reputation damage). To the fullest extent permitted by law, Data Dabble, Inc.'s total liability arising out of or relating to DD Verify will not exceed the amount the customer paid for DD Verify during the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using DD Verify and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (data ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes) continue after termination.

Disputes and law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. If you keep using DD Verify after a change you accept it. Questions: support@datadabble.co.
