Data Retention and Deletion Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026.
This policy applies to DD Verify, an email verification service operated by Data Dabble, Inc. We keep data only as long as it is needed to run DD Verify, meet legal duties and resolve disputes.
How long we keep things

Deleting your data
- Delete a file or run: deleting a single file is not available yet. Email privacy@datadabble.co, or delete your whole account in Settings.
- Delete your account: use Delete account in Settings. It permanently deletes your account and your stored lists and results straight away. You can also email privacy@datadabble.co from your account address. We keep only records we must keep (see payment records above).
- After deletion: backups and platform logs may retain deleted information for a limited period according to our service providers' normal backup and security processes. That information is deleted as those backups and logs expire.
If you ask us by email, we will confirm when deletion is complete. We may ask you to verify it is really you before we delete anything.
Inactive accounts
We do not currently delete accounts for inactivity. If we add this, we will update this policy and tell account holders by email first.
Legal requests and exceptions
We may keep data longer if the law requires it, if there is an open dispute, or to prevent fraud and abuse. If that happens we keep only what is needed.
